Detailed Itinerary: 4 Days Double Gorilla Trekking Rwanda
Day 1: Transfer to Volcanoes national park.
On this day, you will be met and greeted by our friendly driver guide who will brief you and take you through your trip plan. You will then be transferred to Volcanoes national park where you will check in at Five volcanoes boutique hotel. You will have lunch and proceed to visit the Elen DeGeneres museum by Diane Fossey. It’s a 20 minutes drive from the hiking point to the Elen DeGeneres museum by Dian Fossey

Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda
Day 2: First Gorilla trekking and visit the Ibwiwachu community.
On this day, you will have a great time meeting the mountain gorillas in Volcanoes national park! After a tasty breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the lodge. You will head for a briefing by ranger guides at 7:30 and at 8:30 am with packed lunch. You will start the trek to hunt for the gorillas and after finding them you will spend with them a maximum of 1 hour. This walk can take 4-5 hours depending on where you meet the gorillas. The park is steep, it is a real hike, and being physically fit is recommended. After enjoying a majestic one-hour stay with the gorillas, you hike back out of the park for lunch. After lunch, you will be driven to the Ibwiwachu community the gorilla guidance community. During the visit to the Ibwiwachu community, you will be introduced to traditional Rwanda through traditional; dances, poems, and dress codes among others.

Day 3: Second gorilla trekking
On this day, you will have a great time meeting the mountain gorillas in Volcanoes national park! After a tasty breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the lodge. You will head for a briefing by ranger guides at 7:30 and at 8:30 am with packed lunch. You will start the trek to hunt for the gorillas and after finding them you will spend with them a maximum of 1 hour. This walk can take 4-5 hours depending on where you meet the gorillas. The park is steep, it is a real hike, and being physically fit is recommended. After trekking, you will return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight

Day 4: hike to the graveyard of Dian Fossey,
The day will begin with morning breakfast followed by the drive to the park office to get our guide to drive to the foothills of Bisoke mountain as we begin the hike to the graveyard of the legend primatologist who gave up her only life to save the endangered mountain gorillas .please note that we shall leave with packed lunch, we shall return to the lodge for refreshment then after you will check out of the lodge and be driven back to Kigali
