Detailed 2 Days Uganda Gorilla Safari
Day 1: Arrival – Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
On arrival at the Kigali airport, you will meet our guide and have a short tour where you will visit the Gisozi Genocide Memorial, a Craft shop, and then drive to Uganda Bwindi/ Mgahinga across Cyanika Border. Dinner and overnight at Rushaga Gorilla Camp/Lake mutanda Resort/Gahinga Lodge.
Day 2: Gorilla Tracking- Departure
Rise up very early in the morning and have breakfast and thereafter proceed to Bwindi/Mgahinga national park headquarters for briefing about the Gorilla Trekking Dos and Dot’s when trekking the Mountain Gorillas. After getting into the tropical rain forest and searching for the mountain Gorillas starting from where they were the previous day until you find them & You Will find them doing their daily chores of feeding their young ones, climbing trees, and just relaxing. Take your best photographs having switched off your flash. Stay with them for a maximum of 1 hour and then return to the park offices for your gorilla tracking certificate. Have Lunch and then the guide will drive you back to Kigali for your flight back home.
